Mr. Lieberman received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Wesleyan University. 

Before joining Rottenstreich Farley Lieberman, Mr. Lieberman was a Senior District Attorney at the Office of the Kings County District Attorney, where he prosecuted serious violent felony offenses from indictment through trial by jury. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Lieberman presented hundreds of felony cases and investigations to the Grand Jury. He regularly conducted pre-trial evidentiary hearings, took jury trials to verdict, and successfully represented the State before the Appellate Division, Second Department. Mr. Lieberman successfully implemented his litigation skills at RLF and is active in all phases of trial practice.
